A 4-week support group/workshop held at HeartLight Center in Aurora, CO every Monday in October from 10:00-11:30am. (10/6, 10/13, 10/20, 10/27)

Suggested topics by week: (Support groups are led by the participants and the conversation will flow wherever it naturally goes. These are possible topics to explore.)

Week 1: Relationship with Others

~Changes in relationships, setting boundaries, welcoming new friends & support, your changed/new role.

Week 2: Relationship with Your Loved One

~Keeping the connection alive.

Week 3: Relationship with Self

~Bridging a deeper connection with yourself. Getting to know your new role and the changed you.

Week 4: Relationship with Something Greater

~Have you grown closer or further away from Spirit/God? (There’s no right answer!)
