Join us for a one-day grief retreat with healing activities, community building, and education. Through structured programs, there will be time to talk, share, listen, and explore grief through experiential activities in a supportive environment. Lunch is included.
I’m hosting the Living With Grief workshop where we will gather in a space of holding both gratitude and grief, pain and purpose. Focusing compassionately on honoring that we do not have to stay in the deepest spaces of grief forever, I will suggest actionable tools for integrating loss and remember our loved ones in life going forward.
Through the use of various self-care approaches including writing/journaling exercises, EFT Tapping, sharing in meaningful ways with others, and more you will leave empowered in the knowing that grief doesn't have to define you, rather you can intentionally use it to create the next, new version of ourselves.
This workshop is intentionally crafted for those interested in moving into an empowered state of readiness for what's next in their life with meaning and purpose.
